It was a time of several "firsts" for little Igor. 1 First time on a leash for more than 10 minutes. 2 First time encountering more than 2 dogs on a walk. 3 First time at a dog park. 4 First time seeing a bicycle. 5 First time seeing ducks. Living on The Rock. Friday, July 15, 2011. You know you're on a roll when. It's been a funny sort of week! First, there was the "Chicken Bone" incident on Wednesday night. We were eating supper and Paul dropped the chicken leg on the floor. Before he could reach down and grab it, the dogs were both there, snatching it up! The leg was gone! Chicken bones are bad for dogs.". But still. I worried. Thursday afternoon I called my vet's office for advice. She suggested I bring Niki down for a quick x-ray.
