Today in our life. Thursday, May 31, 2012. Edited to add pics! In our leg, which was canoe: we placed 253rd overall and 23rd for division. Our team placed 360th overall which is great, and finished 20th in our division. It was an amazing experience I hope to do again. I'm so happy I was able to accomplish such a huge feat hand in hand with Jason. We did so awesome for it being our first time! I made it through my 24 day challenge. I lost 6 pounds, 6.4% of my body fat and 4.5". Posted by Jason and Crystal.

Today in our life. Tuesday, February 19, 2013. A Dahlia, by any other name. While on our freeway drive to Seattle this past Thursday, we were chatting about what our new dog's middle name would be. We were trying to come up with a name that went well with Maggie, because that was pretty much the name we all decided on as a family. We were having a bit of a mental block, so I started paying attention to the cars passing by and would joke."Navigator? Hahahaha." I guess I should explain the humor in that.

He is big but at least he isn't running around yet! He is weighing in at 21.6lbs. Jake is always aware of where Kasen is. He loves him so much! Sometimes too much. I am 2 pounds below my pre-pregnancy weight, and back into non maternity jeans! I still have a lot to lose, but I am feeling pretty good about my progress so far. Feeling good and loving life.
