All routines are designed around muscular endurance. Each exercise is performed in 2 sets of 16 repetitions. If you choose to use weights, select the appropriate weight to cause muscular fatigue at the end of the second set of each exercise. If you would rather have a strength program decrease the repititions to 10-12 and increase the weight so that fatigue is still achieved at the end of the second set. These stretching routines are good to lengthen muscles, decrease stress, increase felxibility, help posture, and increased joint health.
