Just another WordPress.com site. And yet, she starts over, again. But this time I’m not ashamed of it. Here’s what I learned in June:. 1200 calories is not enough. You will binge. I set an unrealistic goal for myself, to go from eating over 2000 calories a day to just under 1200.
