Monday, October 18, 2010. The other night Alvin and I got to talking about the regional dances that we went to when we were around 14 yrs old. It wasn’t uncommon for me to get in trouble at one of these dances. Not to the point of getting myself kicked out, I just liked to dance too close on the slow songs. Monday, September 21, 2009. DPT Class of 2012. Wednesday, September 16, 2009. With the news of my work moving offices to Kaysville, I started looking into going to Weber State University. I guess I've always had a stigma about WSU. Not that it's not a great school. It's just that it seems so unoriginal for a Davis High grad to head to North Davis High aka WSU. Who am I kidding, like going to Chemeketa Community College in Salem, OR was prestigious? Can't we just admit I sucked high school up and move on?

Monday, November 30, 2009. Ode to the Fan. Like most King girls, I am dependent on the sweet lullaby of a fan to get me to sleep. The noise helps drown the loud thoughts in my head long enough to let me slip off to sleep. When Alvin and I got married this bugged him to death. Monday, December 6, 2010. At the last minute Alvin decided he wanted to compete at the 2010 Easton Utah Open. This was his first tournament. It was held at Salt Lake Archery in Sugar House on Saturday and Sunday. Funny side note: So I'm watching Alvin shoot on Saturday morning - I get caught up in a conversation with a few other spectators and archers waiting for the next round.
