Where the Wild Things Are. Tuesday, January 15, 2013. We had a wonderful Christmas but the best part- we got some snow! The days and weeks leading up had been unseasonably warm and although this brought many a midwesterner happiness, I was really hoping for a real winter-y Christmas. And we got it. A nice big blizzard. Thankfully our friends have a four wheeler with plow on the front and I think Chris' best present was an excuse to borrow it and have some fun in the neighborhood. Where the Wild Things Are. Tuesday, January 4, 2011. As long as the Silver Lining Weighs Less. Puke in my hair, on the wall, and the carpet. Far too much T.V. for Joseph. Matthew wore a T-shirt on Monday (short sleeves- it's freezing here). Missed the bus/late to school both days this week. Down 5 pounds in 2 days. Not my favorite way to loose unwanted holiday pounds. But at least I get something out of it. Thanks to my sweet hubby and fantastic sam for letting me sleep it off*. January 5, 2011 at 4:42 PM.

Tuesday, May 25, 2010. Last Real Day in NZ. It's our last real day in NZ. We're in Queenstown now - it's a great town. I really like it. We were going to go to Milford Sounds today but we got a bummer call this morning canceling the trip due to the weather. Sad, but I guess it saved us a ton of money so maybe now I can justify genuine UGG boots :). We've had the best time here - but I think we're ready to get back to the States.
