A daily practice of gratitude. I have been having some 1:1 yoga with a wonderful Scaravelli inspired yoga teacher. Today I was feeling a bit frenetic so the session with her helped me to ground. We worked mainly with standing and lying down (my favourite posture! It all comes from the feet. I am finding muscles in my legs I didn’t know existed. It is really hard work just standing! I feel blessed to have been introduced to this form of yoga by a friend and to be on a beginning path! Back on the path.
