So we made the executive decision that I am going to post-pone looking for a j-o-b and focus full time on my business plan in the hopes for move it off the ground in six months if not sooner! So I must admit, I am very thrilled and equally nervous! I don't think I can articulate properly how much of both I am consumed with right now. I am very nervous to have a gap in my resume and I am very. Nervous to take on debt. But the end goal is worth the risk. Googling you, googling me.

February 14, 2013. At today's appointment my doctor stripped my membranes, which moved me to 4 cm dilated. We are scheduled to be induced on Tuesday, February 19th, but my doctor doesn't think I'll make it to Tuesday. I just hope that she doesn't arrive on Monday. February 17, 2013. Well, we didn't make it to Tuesday. I started to feel some contractions around 10:00 on Saturday evening. They were about 10 minutes apart at first. I called the doctor and was told to monitor them over the next hour and come in if they start to get 3-4 minutes apart. And asked if she could come over until my mom arrived. Tegan arrived a few minutes after 11:00. Nic and I were out the door the second she arrived. Things were progressing fast! No time for an epidural or antibiotics!

June 28, 2012. Recently we have noticed that Erica has a particular way of saying 'Daddy' and 'Mama'. She always say 'Daddy! In an excited, high-pitched voice and when she says 'Mama' (which is much less common) she uses a very serious, deep voice. June 07, 2013. The Big Blue House. A week ago today Nic and I were signing our names about a hundred times to buy our big blue house! We started looking in November and put an offer in on several other houses, but always lost out in multiple offer situations. We were in another multiple offer situation with this house, but this time we got it! We moved in on Saturday and had tons of help.
