I used a full half cup honey with this one to balance the tahini. The result was a creamy, sweet, slightly crunchy delight. 1/3 cup of tahini (sesame seed butter/paste). 1/4 cup Greek-style (drained) yogurt. Zest of one orange. 1 1/2 cups of ground almonds. 1/2 cup chopped walnuts. 1/2 tsp sea salt. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius. Posted by J Wilson.
