I decided a while ago that it was easier for me to pick what I want to cook/bake if i have a picture to go along with it, so i started compiling the recipes that "work" for DUN and me! Sunday, March 02, 2008. Chicken Breast (cut into cubes). Chicken Broth (or water). Onion, chopped small. 2 stalks Celery, chopped small. Butter (½ to ¼ cube). Instant Stuffing mix (6 servings). 2 Chicken Gravy Packets. Place Chicken in Hot frying pan. Salt and Pepper and stir to cook chicken pieces on all sides.

Sunday, January 06, 2013. 1 Onion, diced. 1 pkg Taco Seasoning. 1 can (15 oz) Kidney Beans. 1 can (15 oz) Black Beans, rinsed and drained. 1 can (15 oz) Chili/Pinto Beans. 1 can (15 oz)Corn, drained. 1 can (15 oz)Diced Tomatoes (spicy). Sautee Onions and Hamburger together in Soup pot. Also consider adding the following.

Saturday, April 05, 2014. Egg in the Hole in the Bread. Salt and Pepper to taste. Cut hole in Bread using top of small glass*. Place hole and crust in skillet. Bring skillet to high heat. Crack egg in the hole in the Bread. Salt and Pepper to taste. Once Egg has set up on bottom, flip. Small cookie cutter can also be used.

Sunday, March 02, 2008. 1 can Brown/Pinto Beans. Cook Onions in Frying pan until slightly browned. Add Hamburger and allow to cook until no longer pink. Once cooked, pour meat into strainer to remove excess fat. Place Beans into frying pan and slightly mash with masher. Mix all ingredients well. Serve over chips and lettuce.

Saturday, April 05, 2014. 188; C. Onion (chopped). 1can (4oz.) Mushrooms, drained (reserve juice). 2 C Celery (diagonally sliced). 1can (1lb.) Bean Sprouts, drained. 189; tsp. Salt. 2 Tbs Corn Starch. 1 ½C. Cooked Chicken or Turkey, shredded or diced. Cook onion and mushrooms in butter until tender. Boil and stir 1 minute.

Sautee Bacon, Onion and Celery. Add Butter, Salt, pepper, and Crushed Red Pepper Flakes. When Butter is melted, add Flour.

Sunday, September 23, 2007. Dry Italian salad dressing mix. Au Jus Seasoning Packet. Place Roast in oven bag. Pour dry Italian dressing mix over roast. Close oven bag with twist tie. Shake to coat roast with Italian dressing mix. Place in crock pot. Cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Remove oven bag from crock pot.

Monday, February 26, 2007. 9 C Chex Cereal. 1 C Chocolate Chips. 189; C. Peanut Butter. 188; C. Margarine/Butter. 1 ½ C. Powdered Sugar. Pour Chex Cereal into Large Bowl. Pour Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Margarine. Microwave on High 1 min. Microwave 30 sec. more until smooth. Pour Chocolate mixture over Cereal.
