You can see the water stain about 2/3 up the main door. That is where the water was after Hurricane Katrina. So crazy! A turtle sunning itself. I love how its legs are off the log so it can catch more sun. Getting the alligator to come closer by using marshmallows. Full body. of a medium sized one. A hot dog for a jump. I didn't write about the last two weeks in the Dominican Republic, but there's really not a lot more that I can put into words. The most momentous thing was that Laura came! The days were special. Laura and I took the bus to Sosua and had a little time with Syd and Martha – and the ocean. Laura spent as much time as possible in it! I enjoyed the quieter water in the pool. Thursday, ...

Welcome to my life. Friday, January 9, 2009. I picked up some book orders yesterday (as future teachers, we're encouraged to build a library for our classrooms) and I was WAY more excited over the book orders than I've ever been over anything to do with music! None of the music majors understood :( But the other Ed majors did! D Ohhh, how I love books! Now why didn't I get a major that has to do with reading a long time ago? Tuesday, January 6, 2009. So, I've changed my major.again! A two year update.

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. So most of you should know by now that we are expecting again this year. We had our first Dr appt. Today and I was rather anxious since the miscarriage. Though the morning sickness was reassuring. Gene had lived in Alaska with his mom and dad when he was younger then when his dad died his mom moved with him back to CO. Welcome to my life. Wednesday, February 18, 2009. The Three Little Bops. Maybe this one will work. Friday, February 13, 2009. A Friday the 13th Surprise. I took a nap after class this morning. When I laid down on the couch, there was like one snowflake in the air and none on the ground. A half hour later, here's what it looked like outside my window. I about fell off the couch! And it's still snowing like crazy- the air is just white! At least it's not cold outside.it's currently 32 degrees.
