Liz's Home and Garden Blog. Tuesday, 21 January 2014. Food and Exercise Round-up (week 47). My work year started on the 2nd January, and I was immensely cheered up by the fact this this was a Thursday.because Thursdays are run days! I did a nice little 5k in a respectable time. Thanks to the mild weather it was a cycling day as well, so all in all a good start to the working week (and it's always good to start the working week on a Thursday! On Friday Jules came to visit! Whilst Alastair did a walk.

Years ago when I went to an amazing holistic Dr called Dr Shyam Singha, I bought a book from him called ‘ The Secrets of Natural Health. 8216; I highly recommend this book as it has a wealth of information on how to treat common ailments naturally. He sais to eat green leafy veg rather than root veg, eliminate starchy puddings and drink more water. Singing is also helpful.
