What’s next on the shopping list | Bikepacking on a budget
https://bikepackingonabudget.wordpress.com/2015/08/06/whats-next-on-the-shopping-list
Bikepacking on a budget. Camping and cycling without breaking the bank. What’s next on the shopping list. There’s a few bits and bobs I’m not happy with any more. I know I originally said I was over the moon with how well the Vango Ultralite sleeping mat worked. And to be fair I still am, but I’m not happy with how big and heavy it is when packed, so I’m thinking of upgrading. In keeping with the “on a budget” aspect of this site, I’m very interested in the AlpKit Numo. That’s a mouthful eh? 2 thoughts o...

Max, The Cyclist. Cycling, Hiking, Backpacking and Bikepacking. Heap Big Woman, You Gonna Make A Big Man Outta Me. Every so often, I see a particularly nice looking fatbike build in some forum or magazine, and there’s a familiar longing in the pit of my stomach. Like a middle school crush, the fatbike whispers in my ear, slips me a note, giggles, and punches me in the arm with a massive $4,200 pricetag. I don’t know whether to smile or cry.
