Daily ripples 2: Jilebi
http://dailyripples2.blogspot.com/2013/06/jilebi.html
Monday, June 3, 2013. Tried out a Jilebi. Recipe now. The outer shell of the jilebis are crisp , are hollow inside and soft when you munch on them. For want of orange food colour, I have used natural ingredients , including edible camphor, which happens to be a personal favourite. The jilebis are juicy and dewy, as though flavoured / oozing honey. Daily ripples 2: Cornflour Halwa
http://dailyripples2.blogspot.com/2013/06/cornflour-halwa.html
Monday, June 3, 2013. I thought homemade Halwa is a great option, had tried out a couple of times before , but those were a bit wobbly , so to suit to my taste, an idea popped up. Why not try out one using cornflour as the base ingredient? After all, cornflour is tasteless, odourless an ingredient . Structure and flavour -wise, it is most perfect! The process is thoroughly simple. Serve with a smile ")! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Cook on A Holiday. Vanilla Ice cream, Eggless. Welcome to new blog.
