Dallington Downs Pinot Noir is made from handpicked grapes, allowed to cool prior to processing. The wine displays firm and intensely concentrated bouquet of well ripened berry fruits, notes of spices and cedar and earthy chocolate nuances. Welcome to the Dallington Deanery website. Dallington Deanery is in the Archdeaconry of Hastings in the Diocese of Chichester. The Deanery is situated in East Sussex and extends from Hailsham in the south to Hurst Green in the north, Waldron in the west and Salehurst in the east. A map of the deanery.
