After every seizure ( ictal) event, it is normal for a patient to experience confusion,not knowing what had happened and this condition is called post ictal confusion.today, im having post exam confusion! Friday, February 24, 2012. Today was interesting. For the first time in my med student life, i was at d hospital for 12 hours! 7am till 7pm. So i followed the registrar the whole day, went for trauma bfast, did morning ward rounds and assisted in 4 operations with the consultant : thyroidectomy, mesh repair of traumatic hernia, Inguinal hernia repair and also lap chole. Basically by the end of day, my legs were about to fall off, and my body was already in the state of starvation.haha. But u know what?

Saturday, June 9, 2012. Medicine and surgery rotation. Its been ages. Seriously ages since i last wrote kan? Oh well. I guess having started clinical years doesnt give u much time to do anything else. Like seriously, any of the 1st till 3rd yr who says they are busy, i would slap them. Hahahha u have no idea what busy is. Nways, alhamdulillah. Yesterday was the last day of my medicine rotation. And its june already! MashaAllah how times fly right?
