I Like to Bike. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. I know how he feels. Seriously, why do I always try to wolf down microwaved food before it cools? Now I think the roof of my mouth is going to fall off. It's a regular occurrence. I'm intelligent. One thing I love about riding the trainer is how gosh darn consistent and even the intervals are.
