I think it was this little win that spurred me on to have an awesome session. I did the usual on the leg press, 20kg single leg at 4 sets of 12 reps per leg with absolutely no rest in between sets or changing legs! Last weekend saw me achieve a new squat PB, 3 reps at 50kg (bar on back). Just 10 more kilograms and I’ll be squatting my own body weight. I never thought I would ever do that! Seriously, my healthy lifestyle is a danger to my health! I also attempted a challenge from Didi, how many push ups could I compete in 3 minutes! Sprint on the spot.

Just a quick note for myself from Saturdays push workout, I hit a new PB on the bench press. 2 reps at 40kg before nearly loosing it completely and Sam coming to my rescue.
