Wednesday, August 17, 2011. Where is the ideal place to go to beat the heat? My family consistently thinks summer is a great time to visit Palm Springs. Despite the ridiculously hot temps, Kyleen and I loved relaxing for a whole week out there. Dan and my family came and went over the course of the week but we just spent the whole time relaxing at the pool. Nothing is better than ranch! Looking for bunnies at night on the golf course. Auntie Chel is crazy! Loved the 'splash area'. Rough day by the pool.

We are starting slowly, but I think this will be the perfect amount to get her adjusted to school and being away from us. She LOVES all the "proyects" and just about everything about school, but man does this girl have separation anxiety! Monday, October 24, 2011. From 3 to 4. This little one has no idea how much her world is going to be turned upside down. We headed to Bates Nut Farm on once again, what felt like the hottest day of the year. One of these years I WILL get a fall pumpkin outing in San Diego. Regardless, the peanut had a blast and has not stopped talking about those goats since! Was seriously blown away by the goats and feeding them! Not the best. but we take what we can get.
