We are interested in deepening our sense of connection with, and our experiential knowledge of ourselves and the ‘natural world’. We aim to nourish ourselves with somatic explorations that attune us to our senses and emerging creative movement. We teach ourselves about the landscape that we are a part of. In the act of returning to the same place we are asking: What does this specific place have to tell us? One of us volunteers to lead ('dilight') the day in terms of theme, focus and structure.

DiL is a core group of seven people with often one or two guests for each session. Since 2010 we have been meeting regularly throughout the seasons to creatively move in and be moved by nature. The group comprises of:. Korina 'Bee' Biggs – Alexander Technique teacher, somatic movement facilitator. Sophia Campeau – Dance and visual artist. 5Rhythms teacher, trained in BMC.
