Sunday, January 25, 2015. Can you believe it? January is almost over! It feels like Christmas was 6 months ago instead of just one. Time seems to be flying by and I seem to be getting nothing done! Let's start this post out with some great news! Congratulations to The Ohio State University Buckeyes on winning their eighth (yes that is 8th. I created this glass block for my work desk. Sunday, April 19, 2009. At the gym on Saturday, I kept thinking that I only have 10 lbs left to lose. I was thinking of creative ways to remind myself of my goal. I thought about writing the goal on paper and taking a photo of it on my cell phone and making it the wallpaper, writing a list of reasons that I want to lose the weight and tape on the refrigerator, etc. I think it was almost worth an extra 10 -20 minutes on the treadmill tomorrow.
