So here it is. 1 pound carrots, peeled and sliced inch thick on diagonal. 1 pound zucchini, sliced inch thick on diagonal. 1 cup tomato juice. 1 T pureed chipotle en adobo (canned). 1/3 C apple cider vinegar. 2 T balsamic vinegar. 2 T olive oil. 1 red bell pepper, deribbed and minced. 1 red onion, minced. Minced cilantro for garnish.

We are part of a growing movement of people who are passionate about water…clean water…for everyone. We believe that if there was ever a time to get up and move, it’s now. We are a family of mothers and fathers and sisters and brothers and daughters and sons who find it unacceptable that thousands die each day as a result of lack of one simple thing: clean water. We are pained that 4,500 hundred children die each day as a result of the lack of clean water in their community. We believe this can be done.
