Thirdly, I didn’t feel that participating in a sport where there was no score kept and everyone was just there to learn really warranted a trophy. He did a good job listening to his coaches and always paying attention to the ball and I told him so after every game. Did he really need a trophy to celebrate that accomplishment? She told him that sometimes you can go see Santa and sit on his lap and tell him what you want for Christmas. I have never before asked my children what they want for Christmas but I looked at my sweet boy and asked, “So what would you ask Santa to bring you? 8220;New gloves.”. 8220;You already have gloves.”. 8220;A new ball.”. 8220;You just got a new ball and bat at Easter time.”.

Although we didn't do any big vacations, we spent lots of time at Kings Dominion. We also went to Mount Vernon (three times), George Washington's birthplace, Fort Washington, baseball games, and many outings here in St. Mary's (library, pools, parks and museums).
