Dancing with the RA snake. Wednesday, October 21, 2009. My left foot has been rather cannabalised by vasculitis and is going another direction compliments of RA. I have had my left hip replaced. So you would understand how much I depend on my right foot. It still has all its toes and some arch. A few days ago she ran into the kitchen with the bowl in her mouth and dropped it - on my right foot! Found out that my bones, at least of that food, are rather thin. I will have o do a bone density est soon.

Sitting down and doing nothing does not ease the pain, that is the thing about RA. It challenges you to move and keep busy. When he looks at me, smiles, laughs or just gurgles, my heart totally melts and I feel a surge of love that I never knew I could feel. He is truly an amazing child. Such a blessing to us. Monday, November 7, 2011. Spent half the day in church. This was the 2nd time serving. Am so happy that Ivan decided to join the welcome team as well. Pastor Mervin preached a great message today. Great preparation for when I have kids one day. Went to Veenas to get my hair done. Birthday treat from Aunty Sharm. Ivan sat in the shop for the 3 hours that it took to get my hair done.
