http://crowsnestbaby.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 29, 2009. This morning. We took Reagan for her 2 month appointment. I dressed her in her super-cute cherry onesie. And thought, "You're so cute! Let's go impress the doctors with how big you are! When the doctor came in, she immediately. Wanted to know what the problem was. I didn't know how to respond, since I hadn't realized there was a problem until about 5 minutes ago. She asked about my milk supply, my eating habits, my exercise. Poor, poor, Reagan! Weight: 8.3 lbs. 5%. 148 in. 26%.

Everything is meaningless. – Ecclesiastes 1:2b. What would it feel like to lay your head on your pillow at night and say, “You know what I did today? I teamed up with God to change the world”? I read this statement in Bill Hybels book. What meaning does my life have? I want to do something that has lasting value, that is bigger and grander than me. How about what Keller says concerning vocational work, but again, I think it applies to all areas of your life…. I’m down for that…are you? I agree that the c...

endings for beginnings – thoughts for another new year | Mindless Musings

Everything is meaningless. – Ecclesiastes 1:2b. Endings for beginnings – thoughts for another new year. One reason I think people struggle with new year’s resolutions is that they are often additions to an already full life. (I am not saying this is true of. Resolution, but quite a few! So after a few weeks, or maybe even months, the new goal is squeezed out by the patterns and behaviors that are already entrenched in our lives. The last one in…the first one out! Necessary Endings, Henry Cloud, pg 15).

Mark & Debbie's Blog: August 2009
http://markanddebbiesblog.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Mark and Debbie's Blog. Monday, August 3, 2009. 2009 August News Letter. Remember I shared with you about the rust holes in one of the le. Gs of one of our towers? That problem has been repaired at very little cost and effort. It was something I thought would be a major job and would involve taking the tower down and being off the air with two antennas. He showed how he solved his problem by welding a bigger pipe around the damaged section of tower. Over the last few months Debbie has. A gynecologist con...

Crow's Nest: Laundry Queen.....or Slave?
http://crowsnestbaby.blogspot.com/2009/06/laundry-queenor-slave.html
Wednesday, June 24, 2009. Laundry Queen.or Slave? Today I've accomplished a lot. No nap for me. (Way to go, Jenny). Cleaned our bedroom: made the bed, cleaned off my dresser, hung up/put away clothes, dusted the furniture, swiffered the floor. Pumped (sorry if there are any fellas reading this). Sink-washed things.including a baby-pooped outfit from this morning. I've learned you have to attack these things before it's too late. I love this staying home bit. And look! You are so productive! Boy moves to ...

Crow's Nest: I Have a Headache
http://crowsnestbaby.blogspot.com/2009/06/i-have-headache.html
Friday, June 26, 2009. I Have a Headache. Okay So, today I napped. During her 8am feeding I kept nodding off.now I know where that expression came from.you really do nod. And so, when it came time for her 9:30 nap, we both laid down. It was awesome. During this naptime, I cleaned the kitchen a bit. I'm always horrified when I clean my kitchen. There is always either black grime, or nasty crumbs, or little buggies that have been festering while I have NOT cleaned. She's driving me a little nuts. Boy moves...

Thursday, October 16, 2008. Soccer Player or Shoe Salesman. Dude Last night I had a dream that Baby Crow had three eyeballs. Maybe too many sonograms? Here's the most recent. Check out those feet! At least that's something. Any thoughts? Jobs that will hire pregnant ladies? Thursday, October 9, 2008. Well, yes. And they are...

Bryan and Christi Wiehoff: Service to the Lord, seen as His (nature of) Revelation and My (nature of) Response

Saturday, January 17, 2009. Service to the Lord, seen as His (nature of) Revelation and My (nature of) Response. Recent circumstances have me reflecting upon the nature and meaning of Service. These are a few excerpts from Oswald Chambers. Service is the overflow which pours from a life filled with love and devotion. But strictly speaking, there is no. February 14, 2010 at 6:34 PM. Bryan and Christi Wiehoff: Oswald Chambers' The Key to the Missionary's Work and the Master's Orders
http://wiehoff.blogspot.com/2009/01/oswald-chambers-key-to-missionarys-work.html
Saturday, January 17, 2009. Oswald Chambers' The Key to the Missionary's Work and the Master's Orders. Jesus came and spoke to them, saying, ’All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations . . .’ —Matthew 28:18-19. The key to the missionary’s work is the authority of Jesus Christ, not the needs of the lost. 2 To go - means to live. 2 Jesus does not say, "Go into Jerusalem, Judea, and Samaria.". 4 It is a matter of BEing, not GOing. And this i...
