Außerhalb Bayerns sind die Rohrnudeln eher unter dem Namen Buchteln bekannt und es gibt sie in Bäckerein das ganze Jahr mit Rosinen gefüllt zu kaufen. Im Spätsommer sind sie sehr beliebt in der fruchtigen Zwetschgen Variante. Meine Rohrnudeln sind vegan, können aber auch ganz einfach mit Butter (statt Magarine) und Kuhmilch (statt Sojamilch) gemacht werden. Rezept für 15-16 Rohrnudeln mit Zwetschgen:. 1/2 TL gemahlenen Bourbonvanille.
