Love, Magic, and Cheesecake. Shannon grew up in Virginia and Las Vegas. Her mother was a nurse, and her father served in the Army. Her mom made extra money for the family by making cheesecakes and selling them to country clubs and restaurants. A life on the road has taught Shannon that home is anywhere that people love her cheesecakes, and family is anybody you share cheesecake with. These require 24 hours notice and are always available the next day if ordered by 2 pm. Our cheesecake is baked light and fluffy so that it melts in your mouth.
