A snap a day. One person's 365 photography completed but still sharing. 64/365 – Together. I chose this image as my photo of the day for the simple reason that it tells a story of two people in love. I watched this couple for a while (not in a stalky kind of way) before photographing them. But as they shuffled along in unison, arm in arm with their matching walking sticks, I felt heart warmed…. In the melee I was only able to grab a couple of hasty snaps! No I handy noticed the hearts! That is so neat!

Play in the sprinkler or hose. Go to a local lake, pond, river or pool. Have a water balloon fight. Make a homemade water slide out of tarps. Stay inside with a fan or AC. Go get ice cream or slushies. Take a freezing cold shower. I hope these ideas are helpful! I was at my friend’s house recently and boy was it hot! July 29, 2015.

My trusty old maternity dress, sitting in a plastic bag in the front hall, waiting patiently for me to remember to drop it off at the local Goodwill, was the inspiration that caught my eye while contemplating making a new dress for Stella to be worn in our family photos. As usual, I had an idea in my head how I wanted her dress to look. It had to coordinate with the other girls, but yet be different. And the gray knit was just what I was looking for, to downplay the fancy.
