What we eat: Pavlova...
http://what-we-eat-blog.blogspot.com/2009/04/pavlova.html
The perfect end to a dinner party. An enormous pavlova will have your guests weak at the knees. Forget kiwi and lemony cream. You want sharp rasberries and vanilla creaminess dripping from forks. 15 tsp white wine vinegar. Preheat your oven to 200c. Whisk the eggs into soft peaks, add the sugar, flour and vinegar and whisk again until shiny and with soft peaks again. Line and dust (with icing sugar) a shallow roasting pan and plop your mix into it, allow it to make its own shape. Posted by Lisa Conmara.

What we eat: Beet THAT!
http://what-we-eat-blog.blogspot.com/2009/07/beet-that.html
I'm intrigued by 'wrong' coloured foods! I love black spaghetti and I will always choose my ice cream by the colour, "I'll have the bright green one please! The following is a great dinner party dish, the colour is very impressive and beetroot lovers will thank you for months! Beetroot is the veg a la mode in this house, I've been using it ALOT, perhaps too much, Bill. It is delicious though so I'll throw a few more beetroot recipes your way before I abandon it! 1 large glass of red wine. A knob of butter.

What we eat: Happy Easter!
http://what-we-eat-blog.blogspot.com/2008/03/happy-easter.html
I love an excuse to prepare a feast! So for today I ordered a leg of lamb and stocked up on luxury ingredients - the channel island double cream, the madagascan vanilla, the french butter, the best wine.
