A year off yonder. Friday, April 29, 2011. Our first few Days. At Dane's old hometown, Alcala de Henares. These trees' branches grow into eachother kind of like an upside down aspen. Inside the Cathedral in Madrid. The reflection of the stained glass on the pillars was a lot more vivid than we could capture in this picture. Churros con Chocolate. The chocolate was surprisingly rich and almost overwhelming to Renee. But still absolutely delicious. The Cathedral in Segovia. It's big. Our first few Days.

A year off yonder. Tuesday, May 24, 2011. Venice (aka: the menu). Our first meal in Venice was pizza. This place was amazing, and we were the last ones they let in before they closed. When we tried to come back the next day and the day after that, it was all closed down. Did we mention that the pizza was absolutely spectacular? Gondolas are very pretty to look at.
