The village of Newick has 3 pubs all serving food, a village store, restaurant and chemist. The Bluebell Railway and Sheffield Park gardens are only a 10 minute drive, Wakehurst Place and the historic town of Lewes are also a short drive away. The coast can be reached easily in about 30 minutes.
