Saturday, January 10, 2009. Preliminary results of 1st weigh in. Of our little competition, and I like what I see! Won't post it here until the final weigh in tomorrow, but I'm pretty proud of myself if what I saw today is true. Mom and I celebrated with McDonald's for breakfast after taking Rece to the doctor. Therefore, it was a salad for me at dinner tonight. Blah. Rece is starting to feel a little better. RSV = a nightmare. Can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow! Sunday, December 28, 2008.

Tuesday, November 18, 2008. I realized today, after looking at the pictures that we took on Saturday, that there is SOOOO. Much work to be done. Breakfast: toast with butter and water = 3. Lunch: smart ones, sliced tomatoes with dressing = 7. Dinner: salad with chicken breast, cheese, cucumbers, onions, tomatoes, dressing= 9. Work was HECTIC today! Monday, November 24, 2008. It's day 8 (or the 1st day of the 2nd week). Anyway, back on the bus today. It went well. :-). I'm too lazy to post my food diary, but it is all written down so that it can be reviewed later. Yes maam 1 lb after that is terrific. Look keep pluggin away. One day you'll step on the scale and it will be 2,3 or 4. And if not, 1 1= 2, 2 2= 4 and you get the point :) Look as far as I'm concerned Rece was worth it.lol. November 25, 2008 at 6:08 AM.
