The triumphs and trials of the endeavors of a family of ten. Thursday, November 28, 2013. We went down to Megan and Elijah's house for a week the beginning of November, and had lots of fun! Right before we left Benny broke his finger and Mom broke her foot. And Lydia brought all her therapy exercises along with her. I got to tag along with Megan at her school (which was a lot of fun! I laughed. :). Mom mudded some drywall, and we just hung out and had fun! Here are some pictures. The cats are very cute!

Monday, February 9, 2015. Some people know me as a deer hunter. I was at a violin concert Friday night (which, btw, was INCREDIBLE! And I "re-introduced" myself to my violin teacher's parents. Mr. F said "Oh, you're the deer hunter! Yeah :) So, here are some pictures of the deer I got this year. The morning of this hunt I shot the buck first and the doe second. It was the first time I've gotten two deer in one day! I got to gut out the deer too, for my first time. I actually thought it was fun. :).

We experienced it years ago with the older kids. We were at a cabin with cable and watched a LHOP episode. Naughty kids were jumping on the bed and when told to stop they stopped. And then as soon as characters called parents left they resumed jumping. When caught again their response was, "You didn't say forever! My Turn 2 Titus 2.

The triumphs and trials of the endeavors of a family of ten. Sunday, December 30, 2012. Jeff just celebrated 25 years with Cutco! We love and are so thankful for Cutco! They have been so good to us! At a meeting they acknowledged him and wanted us to each write a note. They were put in a book along with many wonderful, kind, encouraging letters from fellow Cutco people. Here's what we said:. Daddy, thanks for calling me! Thanks for taking us places. Thanks for giving me a bath. And so many other things.

We had Lydia's, mine (Emily), and Elijah's birthday's in september. It was a very fun month! She had her cast on, in case you didn't notice. A good friend came up to visit, and we had her take pictures for us! And some with us! Elijah turned 25 in september, I am sadly lacking pictures of the happy couple. :(. His "theme" was chocolate! The triumphs and trials of the endeavors of a family of ten. Monday, May 20, 2013. It just kind of creeps up on me. It seems they grow up faster all the time! Now it's Emily's turn. It's been the kids' first exposure to public school, and they always come home with lots of stories! From having their hair pulled to another student driving himself to class. Emily, she just got a half hour of self defense lessons on how to bring any man down. Lydia? I'm pretty sure she'll be packin'! My Turn 2 Titus 2.

The triumphs and trials of the endeavors of a family of ten. Tuesday, January 7, 2014. Homemade girl scout cookies.mmmm. Recipe, and thought i'd try it for New Years Eve. Here is my process of making these cookies. First of all, as everyone. Knows, start with some Joshua Bell music. Oh, and than some toasted coconut! Some wafer cookies (real recipe is on the link above). Caramel and dark chocolate. You mix the melted caramels and toasted coconut and put on top of the wafer cookie. These look soooo good!
