Friday, March 14, 2014. He invited all the boys in his preschool class and a few other kids from church. You never know how James is going to respond to a situation, but he was so excited for his big day and was all smiles. Everyone received lamented racing tags with their names on it. We made personalized door handle hangers as a craft. A lot of the boys were not that interested in this, but not my James, he spent half the party working on his! He is so excited here! Thursday, February 19, 2015. February week with the Richards. We had a great week with the Richards! We saw KA at the MGM and took a limo there after a great dinner at brio. We also hiked red rocks, went shopping, ate at a buffet, and went to the park. It was really fun seeing everyone, especially Adam who is leaving on his mission next month. Monday, September 23, 2013. Our year in Ohio is already flying by. We love the town where we live and have enrolled the boys in soccer, football, and Danny starts basketball in a few weeks. Monday, May 19, 2014. A few days after Emily was born, my dad came into town and we celebrated Halloween. The boys were all Ninja Turtles and they could not have been cuter! My mom planned a special Halloween dinner and then the boys, my dad, Bryson, and some neighbor boys (Avi and Cobi) went trick or treating. Saturday, April 11, 2015. Las Vegas Snow Day! February brought a bit of a surprise in the form of a snow day here in Las Vegas. The kids were estatic to wake up to 3 inches of snow on the ground one morning. We were all outside making a snowman by 7 am. Valentine's weekend started off with a big family breakfast at IHOP. How can he feel so lonely while living with his parents who love him SO much? How did this happen? I want to scream and cry and stomp my feet. I want to yell at God because I don't know how He let it happen. The Dad has been cancer free for 6 months. We JUST rallied around this family. How did they wind up with another tragedy? Brian is the love of my life. We have 2 little boys and 2 little girls. Our family is complete and we are incredibly blessed. Friday, March 28, 2014. After baths, Daddy came home and we enjoyed a restful evening. Oh yea. We all walked Landon to school in the morning (1.5 miles) as we have been doing. Brian, Hunter, Landon, Aspen, me and my belly (along with the 2 dogs). We are quite a scene. Anyhow, in the evening my friend Louise came over and we walked for an hour and a half! She was born at 7:36 am.
