Daniel, Jessica, Connor and Allie. Thursday, March 20, 2014. Connor is growing up! I can't believe that Connor is already 6 months old! It seems like the first 3 months were really long, and then all of the sudden the last three months have flown by! Just within the last few days Connors giggles have turned into full out laughs. We love to hear him laugh! He starts laughing so hard when we tickle him, and when we help him chase Frodo around the apartment. He also loves to be swung or thrown in the air.

Monday, June 29, 2015. This year we gave Chandler and Sterling two options: one big party, or two smaller parties. They both wanted a bigger party with a bounce house, so that's what we did. Of course, in late June, in Vegas, it's hot. so we rented a bouncy water slide instead. Good thing, since it was something like 112 degrees on Saturday! Wednesday, December 31, 2014. We made cookies, which went undelivered for fear of delivering the flu with them. :). Christmas eve we didn't hang out stockings or wear our fancy new PJs. Grandpa was just too sick. But, Christmas morning Santa still brought presents. And we still had hunts. And Christmas night, instead, we hung our stockings, read a Christmas story, doned our PJs and enjoyed opening presents to and from each other. Saturday we enjoyed the tide pools in Laguna, and lunch at El Torrito.

Saturday, July 11, 2015. I think I enjoy setting off fireworks in the front yard is just the best. As a bonus, someone in the neighborhood just to the south of us must spend thousands of dollars on illegal fireworks each year and the put on a whole show. Unfortunately, the fireworks made Grendel, my mom's dog, sick; not the best. Warning: High ISO=noisy/sometimes blurry pictures. Noisy and blurry pictures that I just really love. Someone buy me a nice flash and teach me how to use it. Love, some legs.

About 22nd Ward RS. Sweet and Sour Chicken. Submitted by Jessica Jackson. 1-2 lbs chicken, cut up. 1/3 c vegetable oil, hot. 1/2 tsp. salt. 1 T soy sauce. Juice from 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks and added water, to make 1 1/4 c. liquid. Green pepper (as much or as little as you want). Cook’s Note: It takes a little while to make the first time, but after that this is a quick one to throw together - and absolutely delicious! Submitted by Heather Wrigley. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 1/2 cups chopped onions.

Everyday's a new day. Thursday, November 6, 2014. Redbox and donuts were a must for a long car ride. Hanging out with Grandpa in his Hudson Bay outfit. We hiked to Crandle lake. The boys enjoyed throwing rocks in the lake and running around. After church, we went up to red rock canyon. Boat rides are my favorite. He fell asleep like this in the middle of the floor. One day, I was able to go on a bike ride with my dad and after dinner, I quickly did bears hump. Henry loves reading stories with Grandma.

Boy meets girl through prayer team for Campus Crusade for Christ. Daniel always wanted to sit beside Jess because "she smelled good." After being "friendly" for two years, we started dating in April 2006, married in October 2007, and had our first baby girl, Piper, in October 2010. Here's hoping more will join our party soon. Our Journey Abroad

This is our story, our life. Sunday, August 16, 2015. Day 227: Military Parade and Swimming Fun. Maddie woke up early this morning and pitched a few fits for the first few hours. Caleb woke up later on and ate a late breakfast before we left. Today at 12 a military parade began. We all went to the embassy and watched from my upstairs office. It was great!
