Thursday, January 2, 2014. We had our home study right before Christmas and we passed : ) A home study is when a social worker comes to your house to inspect it and also to interview everyone living in the home. Our house was pretty childproof already but to get ready for the home study we had to get a fire extinguisher, put up fire exit plans and practice fire drills. We will update again once we have our approval! Thank you to everyone who has been so supportive of our adoption journey! Enter your emai...

The Sheppard Bunch: The never ending pregnancy...
http://thesheppardbunch.blogspot.com/2014/11/the-never-ending-pregnancy.html
Tuesday, November 4, 2014. The never ending pregnancy. This has been a pregnancy like no other. 2 WEEKS PAST MY DUE DATE! I was sicker at the end then I was in the beginning. I was way bigger and was convinced I was having twins. I had round ligament pain that would shoot down my leg and cause me to collapse and not be able to stand up, sometimes for 20 minutes at a time. Thankfully it only happened in public twice and no one noticed. For the first time ever, my belly button popped out. Made with Love by.

Island Agape: My Sweet Husband.
http://islandagape.blogspot.com/2008/12/my-sweet-husband.html
Sunday, December 21, 2008. Well, Steve and I have both been so busy lately with school, and with Christmas quickly approaching, we just have not had much "together" time for just the two of us. Instead of going to our church Christmas dinner tonight, we decided to spend the day alone. It was so nice! We went to sushi after church, went home and took a little nappy, went to a movie and now we are just relaxing. It was great to talk, hold hands and just generally love each other. Off to visit my sweet pea.
