Rebuilding accomodation for these children will be our Primary project starting next week. The buildings that you see were demolished in the war but can reasonably easily and cheaply be rebuilt to provide appropriate accomodation. These children were street kids.

To the ends of the earth. Saturday, March 31, 2007. The sight of the working fridge indicates that for the first time in 4 1/2 months we have proper power. Until a month ago we did have lights and battery power for our phones, then that generator was stolen - since then we have had a small amount of power for some lights. So we were delighted to get the new generator on Wednesday. - For 12 hours eveything was well - then the jeep broke down - This is Africa! Posted by Linda @ 6:14 pm. Well, well, well.

It was a memorable time for so many reasons but here is a picture of Marina, Rachael and me on camels in the desert be the pyramids at sunset. To the ends of the earth. Saturday, September 16, 2006. New Projects 3 Watoto. The Watoto Child Care Ministry is run by the Kampala Pentecostal Church. It provides housing, clothing, food and schooling for nearly 1500 orphans. There is a huge need for more accommodation, a secondary school and vocational training centre.
