When I walked in I found out two teachers had decided to quit that day. They hired me on the spot and gave me three classes from 5 to 10pm every night, and one class in the afternoons. For the past couple of weeks I have been recovering from Typhoid and splitting my time between Guadalupe and the desert beach community of La Barranca. I recovered just in time for the biggest Carnaval festival in Peru in Cajamarca, the historic city where the Incan king Atahualpa. There were four chairs and a table at the front of the room. Yesterday the semester at The International Language School ended, thank god.
