Sunday, May 27, 2007. Secret spot is really out field. Not a very good idea to run in the morning, especially straight after waking up. And that was what i did this morning after doing warm-ups. Think it's becoz low blood sugar after 7hrs of sleep, felt kind of dizzy after running 2.5km. Finished the 4.2km new route with more walk breaks. The new route is good , lesser traffic lights at NEL depot there. Bleh haven't cash in the GST credits and plans have been made to spend it. 50 standard chartered run.

Wednesday, March 28, 2007. Run, ran, running, runned, runded.]. 2nd RT, 3.2km condition run. Nice run, was still able to sprint at last 200m. I'm quite sure i'm able to pass in the next test, which will be in 3 weeks time. Bros, still remember the days we did 30 guard duties before ord? Prowling/slacking at the ex-3sir camp? Sunday, December 31, 2006. Just went to daniel's house warming today over at boon lay. it was rather last min, so i got him a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon. In fact. the rest of the bros also gave wine as hse warming gift. haha. so there's like a total of 3 bottles of wine. Nice place, even nicer reno. machiam like showroom sia. *thumbs up*. And so the hosts shower us with lots. and lots of food. There were so much food that we use almond long gan and pizza as forfeit in game of "big 2". Pics of the post.

Monday, July 31, 2006. Had dinner buffet last friday at some hotel. can't remember which but it's opp. hyatt. Nice spread, it's halal dinner buffet. had some aussie red wine to go with it too, the wine was ok. new, not to dry, sweet. Lamb leg, chicken rice, bake oysters n prawn salad was nice. the fresh oysters there wasn't really that fresh. so i tried only 2. Overall- ok, it'd be better if there was.
