I can only come to one conclusion, my life must have been so fun and adventurous this last year that I had completely forgot that my blog existed. I believe I was focused solely on the journey itself (except for facebook of course). I know. it's sick and I need help. It's so much easier to keep track of though for some reason. First, comes spring break, which means that my sister is coming to visit with my niece and nephew. Keep in mind when you are watching this video that she gets her strangeness from Shane.HA! So she is obviously feeling a lot better since her surgery and I am soooooo glad! Monday, September 15, 2008. Another Day, Another Surgery. Another day, another surgery… or so it goes in the life of my Mom! This is what happened.After the fun and drama we had with the 11 lb tumor on her Ovary (which, after getting lab results back, we found out was actually Stage 1 Cancer), her OB/GYN referred her to an OB/GYN Oncologist in Seattle to have the other Ovary removed, and discuss any further plans for action.
