Sotoday I had to call the plumber to come in and do a $200 job. I received a $200 check in the mail to help Jon and I out for commute, food at the hospital and so forth from grandparents. I was thrilled about that, hence my very optimistic facebook status amidst everything that is going on. I am feeling extraordinarily blessed today!

And the cold weather is really starting to put a damper on my Christmas shopping. I have no desire to leave the house unless it's above freezing, which it doesn't look like that is going to happen anytime soon. So I have to get a move on there and brave the ice.
