Friday, April 20, 2012. Wellmy due date is here and yet we still don't have an "outside" baby! I actually am a little surprised, I really thought I would go early.or at least I hoped I would. Everything at home is ready for her and I know both Bryant and I are having trouble concentrating at work. Our days (and possibly hours) as a family of two are numbered and we couldn't possibly be more excited! Love and Contractions,. Bryant, Danielle, Remy and Belly. Bryant, Danielle and Belly. Wednesday, August 24, 2011. 6 weeks.that's it? I have a feeling that the next several months are going to crawllllll by. Everybody keeps telling me that it will fly by, but for now I have my doubts! I can't believe I have to wait 4 MORE weeks until I even get to go see the doctor for the first time! Currently, Baby M is the size of a sweet pea and is growing like a weed! The weekly updates also tell me that Baby M is getting eyes, ears, a nose, a chin, and cheeks! Hopefully all of these fun trips will ma...

Saturday, October 29, 2011. Orange You Glad We're at 15 Weeks? You may have already figured this one out, but at 15 weeks Baby M is the size of a navel orange! This weekly update actually made me a little hungry.mmmm oranges! Looks like I'll need to make a trip to the grocery store soon to get some citrus. Although if Baby M is anything like its momma it will be lucky if its legs are much longer than its arms. Sorry Baby M, but the odds that you are tall are against you. Bryant is going to be a doctor an...

The Muirs: Remy Elise Muir

Friday, May 18, 2012. Well, I promised that the next post would be announcing the details of our little girl's arrival, I just didn't expect that it would take me almost 3.5 weeks to get around to! Remy Elise Muir entered our lives at 1:56 PM on April 24, 2012 in Hays, Kansas. She weighed in at 7 pounds 3 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. I will start the story from the beginning and I apologize in advance for the length, but I don't want to forget anything! The last few moments of pushing were filled wit...

The Muirs: March 2012

Friday, March 30, 2012. At 37 weeks this little girl is considered full term! This means she has developed her most crucial functions. I really never thought this week would get here. While technically she is full term, it is probably better that she "cook" for a few more weeks, but if she were born right now there would likely be no issues (at least with regard to her development) and it would be considered safe. Whew! Basically over the next few weeks she will just continue to get healthier and stronger.

Wednesday, January 25, 2012. THIRD (and final) TRIMESTER. Welcome to the 3rd trimester! It seemed like this portion of my pregnancy would never get here.but it's here, it's finally here! There hasn't been a ton of change since last week, but I figured I'd go ahead and update the blog (even if the only people reading are my sister-in-law and mother-in-law) haha! And have I mentioned that two of my best friends are also pregnant? I am out of control. We are heading to Kansas City this weekend to see ou...

Monday, June 18, 2012. One month came too fast.or not fast enough, just depends on the day! There were some days that didn't seem like they would end, and then the next thing you know, it had been a week. As soon as I wanted time to go faster, I would have an immediate feeling of regret, as I know that these days will all go by way too fast and before you know it Remy will actually be able to read these blogs on her own. :(. The first time I saw Remy smile was while I was changing her diaper and it absol...
