My Life According to Me. Monday, August 5, 2013. Mommy Monday: Transitioning to solids. Sloane has her 9 month appointment on Wednesday, I'm pretty excited to see how much she has grown! Also I have a few little questions to ask the doctor. Mostly pertaining to feeding Sloane solids. I'm not so concerned on what she can eat but how much she can/should eat. Should she be having a meal and a bottle? We will also give her little nibbles of whatever we are eating because she pretty much insists that we do.

Unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing. 6oz vanilla wafers crushed processed to crumbs. 6oz dark chocolate, chopped. 1lb 2oz of cream cheese, softened. 2/3 cup of sugar. 1 tsp Pure vanilla extract. 2 large eggs, room temperature. Grease the pan with butter and chill. Add the butter to the cookie crumbs. Mix well. Press the mixture onto the bottoms and sides of the pan. Chill for 30-60 minutes, until firm.
