Tuesday, March 25, 2008. March 21 – MY BIRTHDAY. We flew to JeJu Island this morning! JeJu Island is a small island off the southern coast of South Korea. It is called Peace Island. There they are living the Hong Ik Philosophy. There are no gates, homeless or theft on the island. Everyone shares and takes in people, it is so beautiful! The BNB (body and brain club - which is a part of the Dahn community) members at the university and us went to a Korean BBQ. GREAT FOOD, and great company! Today we went t...

Sunday, March 16, 2008. I love Korea :). I have not really been too nervous doing any of the other performances, but this one I was shaking. :) Walking on stage was incredible. There were 1200 people all sitting in rows on the floor and packed in. I am in the front row on stage, so there was nothing between them and me. The energy was incredible! I also felt such gratitude for my soul, my life, all of the people in my life, and to be here getting to have this experience. I love you all! A week in review.

Sunday, March 9, 2008. Today is Day 13! A little late in writing. I have so much to say and write about. But here is the quick version. . It is 1:30 am and we are just getting into ChunAWon, the place where all of the Korean Masters get training. I am so lucky (I tell myself this often). We are getting a training of a lifetime and so many opportunities and energy given to us. I am trying to be present in every moment and take it all in. For not speaking much English they have the best sense of humor.

Tuesday, March 25, 2008. A week in review. Of course, it has taken me awhile to post again. Sorry. :) Each day seems like 3 days, which is amazing, so here the shortened version of each day. Tonight we got the opportunity to see Grand Master Lee in a small setting. He was giving a small private lecture to about 20 reporters. He asked us to come! In the afternoon, it was beautiful outside so a big group of the masters and us played Jeggi (hackisak). Today was our first YEHA Day! Second Seoul YEHA Day....

Kylan is turning 16 in 2 days, Kennedy just turned 10 years old on July 28th and I had a new little girl almost 2 years ago; Alysianna Hope. She is just gorgeous, adorable, sweet, spunky, diva-ish, and sometimes a little cranky-pants, but I think she gets that from me and Daddy. Adam and I have been together for almost 3 years. best 3 years of my life really!
