Friday, March 19, 2010. Been Out for FAR too long. I know I have not blogged in what seems like forever, but the truth is, I have. I have blogged quite a bit lately, but I have been keeping them private. Maybe one day I will publish them, maybe I won't . I am getting ready to go in for Gastric Bypass ssurgery sometime in April or early May. I am excited as all get out, but scared as hell at the same time. So I will be blogging a lot about my journey with that whole process. I WILL talk to you later.

Fruit Cobblers and Crisps. 10 minutes per cookie sheet. 3/4 cup butter, softened. 3/4 cup white sugar. 3/4 cup light-packed brown sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour. 1 tsp baking soda. 3/4 tsp. ground cinnamon. 1/2 tsp. salt. 3 3/4 cups rolled oats. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown. Cool slightly, remove from sheet to wire rack. Cool completely. On August 5, 2017 in Cookies.
