NOW TV launching Sky Sports Week Pass. Starting Thursday 14th August NOW TV are launching the Sky Sports Week Pass, which will trial at £10.99 for a limited time, meaning the Day Pass is likely to drop in price to a more reasonable £6.99. The variety of options being introduced is making NOW TV one of the best options to make your home set up 'smart'. Over the last couple of years they have developed apps for all major devices including own box, which I previously reviewed. New phone: Mobile Phones Direct.

Tech Weekly v1.12.2. The calm after the storm! Last week I managed to relax a little bit, following a few weeks of complete madness. I was able to do my Christmas shopping, watch a few films and generally lounge around for a couple of days. So here they are, three gems that made my week that little bit better. Don't lie. The things I'm enjoying most about the console at the moment is the new feel controller, smartglass. And influx of new apps and updates on the marketplace. Tech - Hot or Not.

Mac Pearl Glide Eye Liner In Black Line. Friday, 30 May 2014. I had this eye liner demoed on me in store and after being impressed with it's shimmer pigment and blendability, I snapped it up there and then. Unfortunately, I purchased this without realising that it's part of the permanent Mac line at a cheaper price, which I think is a bit cheeky to charge extra just for the aqua packaging. However it also means I can repurchase this again and again in the future as I would hate to be without it again!

Again this last week has been very different for me, the coursework has stopped and I've been spending a lot of time away from home recently so portable tech has been really important. Sunday, July 06, 2014. Lomography 35mm Action Sampler. I love Lomography cameras. Although I couldn't live without my digital SLR and iPhone for daily snaps, there's a kind of raw realness to film that has been lost slightly in the digital era - the lack of a delete button means that every image you capture makes it to print, even the less than perfect ones, and there's something about that I really like.
