For the stranger in a strange land. Preconceived Notions on Cultures. Last week my friend Daniel. Or perceptions but our results were quite surprising. And preconceived notions tend to go out the window. Making generalizations of countries or cultures far less relevant then in America. In addition, I feel as though many Americans don’t often encounter individuals from other countries, making these generalizations of cultures easier for them to accept or believe. March 7, 2016.
