Saturday, April 24, 2010. Just Call Me Dorothy! For those of you who do not know my mother, let me tell you a bit about her! Growing up, one of her best attributes (that I took for granted) was the fact that the house was always clean. Now, I don't mean just clean, but you could basically white glove it at any moment. Never did a dish sit unwashed, or clothes go without being folded, and never did the floor go without being vacuumed daily, or the kitchen floor washed! My Clean "Dorothy Johnson" Kitchen!

Monday, June 28, 2010. After a year of dancing jazz/tap/ballet, Averi had her end of the year recital. She had been practicing for a couple of months now, and it was held at the Bakersfield Fox Theater. She was so excited to be able to put on full stage makeup. She looked so grown up! Steve came to the recital straight from work, and when Averi was on stage, he didn't even recognize her. She definitely didn't look like his little Pumpkin Pot Pie! Thursday, June 17, 2010. Saturday, May 31, 2008. All Sarah wanted for her 16th birthday (other than a car and her license lol) was to go to Olvera Street. In Los Angeles. Well it took me almost a month to grant her wish but we did finally get to go. We took her friend Christina. And my cousin Daniel. We had alot of fun. Ate great food and wandered through the shops. Tuesday, June 29, 2010. Grunge paper n tim holtz tater floral dies. I have a friend that makes cuff bracelets and although I don't wear them I think they are really cool. I told her about grunge paper a few months ago but just now was able to get my hands on some. So I had to use it with the new Tim Holtz die cuts. LOVE how it turned out!
