It’s been a long time since I’ve blogged (or cooked really, for that matter), but today I finally managed to use my Saturday productively. Cooking and eating along the way to a PhD. Skip to primary content. August 21, 2013. Last weekend some friends and I went to see an orchestra concert at Ravinia park, which seemed like the perfect opportunity to give it a shot. Materials/Methods (Cat not included). 1/4 lb Genoa salami.
