First Semester at Colburn. July 15, 2014. Looking back on the past few months, I have to say my experiences at the Colburn School in L.A. were fantastic. I loved my teachers and the other students and look forward to going back again in August! July 29, 2013. Happy to be performing with the Utah Symphony again! I will be performing Chausson Poeme at Abravanel Hall in Salt Lake City on October 1st. All are invited. This will round out a summer that has been busy, but lots of fun. I started drivers ed., so I have been driving the parents’ cars around town trying to get some skills! January 5, 2015. I hope you all had a wonderful holiday season, and I wish you a wonderful 2015! I really enjoyed last semester at Colburn. My teacher is amazing, and I loved taking master classes and also performing with the Academy Virtuosi Orchestra. Looking forward to being in Disney Hall performing with the Colburn Orchestra in just a couple of weeks. Disney Hall is gorgeous and Sir Neville Marriner will be the guest conductor. August 27, 2014. It was so fun to be home for a while after a whirlwind summer! Just got on a plane today to fly back to Colburn and begin the Fall semester. Great memories from this summer include time spent at the Center Stage Strings camp, motorcycle rides with my dad, date nights with my little brother and sister, driving around with friends, and finishing our Christmas CD. Making great progress on the new Christmas CD! July 15, 2014. I am so excited about the songs on this new album my dad and I are working on. It is a Christmas album and we will be releasing the CD November 1st. If you like Bach and Moon Light music, then you will LOVE this album! We will be working on a video or two as well to introduce some of the songs before school starts for me in late August.
